ASTM D-1838, also GPA Method as per Bulletin 2140. MGM Model 46C. For copper strip corrosion test on liquefied petroleum gases. Bomb is made entirely of polished stainless steel, with O-ring seal for hand tightening. Each bomb is tested at 3000 PSI. Equipped with two stainless steel needle valves with O-ring packing and ¼" NPT male pipe thread to accommodate flexible connecting hose (filling connections) which are listed in this catalog following "Vapor-Pressure Apparatus." Use only flexible connecting hose with sulfur free plastic lining and stainless steel fittings. Brass or copper connections or rubber tubing should not be used with this bomb.
