The Film Forming Amines CHEMets® Kit K-1006 Kit comes in a plastic case and contains everything needed to perform 30 FFA tests: CHEMets, Low and High Range Comparators, Acidifier Solution, 25 mL sample cup, and instructions. Film-forming amines, also known as FFAP or FFP, are chemicals applied in high-pressure boilers, cooling systems, and HRSGs to guard against corrosion and reduce the presence of corrosive agents. This test kit utilizes the Rose Bengal method to detect and measure these substances in boiler water or steam condensate.
