The BEING BOF Series mechanical (forced-air) convection ovens provide a stable high-temperature environment for material testing and drying protocols and enable drying and disinfection of glassware, solid objects, solid materials, process equipment, and more.
The NEW 4.3-inch, color, intuitive, easy-to-use touchscreen controller displays all of the oven’s parameters on a single screen. The capacitive display ensures touch sensitivity and precision even when wearing gloves. It simplifies complicated testing procedures by creating up to 7 multistep programs with 9 steps each. Parameters such as multi-stage temperature, fan speed, time from 1 minute to 99 hours 59 minutes, and heating rate can be set and programmed simultaneously. The controller has 3 settings access levels: User, Service, and Admin.
The BEING BOF Series mechanical convection ovens include:
• a USB data collection port that collects data in 1-minute intervals,
• an adjustable exhaust port to enhance the drying chamber’s ventilation efficiency, prevent excessive heat loss, and improve temperature uniformity,
• a temperature test hole to validate temperature settings to actual chamber temperatures,
• a mirror-polished, 304 stainless steel liner with large radius corners for easy cleaning and maintenance while providing optimal air circulation,
• a long-lasting silicone rubber gasket that provides excellent sealing and prolongs the heating elements’ life compared with traditional equipment,
• an adjustable 3-speed fan gives correct airflow for your application, improves the overall equipment efficiency (OEE), and increases motor service life by up to 30%,
• anti-skid, anti-spill, chrome-plated, 304 stainless steel shelves that lock when pulled out halfway to minimize experiment loss, accidents and protects the operator,
• an automatic drying function by purchasing our optional control system linkage, and
• a variety of safety features, including over current and temperature protection, auto start, temperature deviation alarm, to name a few.
The BOF-50 and BOF-120 models are stackable to save space. Indentations stamped into each unit’s sheet metal provide easy alignment of another oven and ensure the top oven doesn’t move. The feet are height-adjustable to level the units, front to back and side to side.
The BEING BOF Series mechanical convection ovens are designed, manufactured, and tested to the DIN 12880-2007 standard. They have an energy-saving design to prevent high energy consumption and reduce thermal power by 25 percent compared to traditional ovens.
The BEING BOF Series drying ovens are available in 5 sizes from 1.05 Cu. Ft. (30 L) to 14.1 Cu. Ft. (400 L) with a temperature range from Ambient + 10C to 300C and come with a 2-year warranty.
