I-Chem® offers both clear and amber borosilicate glass vials available in three sizes with the standard, 0.125 in. thick, I-Chem® blue, PTFE/silicone septa in an open-top 24-414 polypropylene cap. Amber vials should be used for light sensitive samples. The I-Chem® molded-in septa retainer ring holds the septa securely in place without bonding to the cap, so septa can be removed and replaced as needed. 40 mL, 200 series vials are available in a convenient, 144 piece bulk pack. I-Chem Certified® 200 and 300 Series vials are guaranteed to meet the EPA's Performance Based Specifications for Volatile Organic Analysis. 40 mL and 60 mL vials are also TOC certified 300 Series vials include full laboratory certification. I-Chem® 200 Series vials are prepared to the same specifications as the 300 Series and are available with a certificate upon request. I-Chem® 100 Series vials are made of the same quality materials and to the same specifications as the I-Chem® 200 & 300 Series jars. However, these products are neither processed nor certified.
